We design platforms on Cloudflare, Google Cloud and AWS, migrate existing environments and review running costs.

We build and run servers and networks on your premises or in a data center: GPU servers that run LLMs without sending your data outside, monitoring, office networks, and automated PC setup (kitting).

We help with technical decisions and the way your team builds software, from outside the team. We work with your staff through a few meetings a month and chat.

• Choosing technology, deciding whether to rebuild a system or keep fixing it, and checking vendor estimates and proposals
• Design and code reviews, CI setup, and bringing in AI coding tools with rules for using them
• Security checks on dependencies, permissions and what is exposed to the public

We try and measure new technology in-house before using it in client work, such as how far local LLMs can go on older GPUs, how accurately AI agents make decisions, and low-latency live streaming, and feed what we learn back into development.

We produce videos and run streaming channels ourselves.

We automate stream preparation and collect stream and social media data automatically to improve the next stream.
